Had a fabulous stay for a short business trip. They provided a great and fine breakfast with the usual choices-eggs, great croissants and boiled eggs. The location was brilliant, to local eateries with easy access to a supermarket and shops. Moreover, Ile aux Planches was nearby.

The staff were friendly and provided great service. The rooms were well equipped with coffee facilities and a good shower. The comfortable beds were on a slightly higher level, which added a nice touch. The breakfast had a variety of options, including hot food, and the croissants were fresh and delicious.

No complaints, everything was satisfactory.

A self service breakfast had something for everyone. We dined out at Sporting, set minutes away from the hotel. We will be back as the property met requirements.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and modern design of the hotel. The staff member at the reception was friendly and spoke good English, making check-in a breeze. The room was nicely decorated and had a comfortable bed. I appreciated the electric fan provided, as there was no air conditioning. The hotel also had a lovely patio area where I enjoyed a cold beer upon arrival. Plus, having underground parking for my bike was a great convenience. I would recommend this hotel.

Friendly reception, good breakfast, secure underground car park. We walked to old city - no need to drive while there.

The room had one window but it was very high - so although it "overlooked" a courtyard, you didn't know this unless you were 6ft tall. Essentially no view - a bit cell-like. Don't know what other rooms were like, but ok for sleeping

Thanks to the hospitable stuff everything was really good. The breakfast was freshly cooked, with hot food option and reasonably priced.

Secure parking and blackout windows create a quiet atmosphere. Tram line nearby for quick access to the city center. Clean and comfortable with basic amenities like a tea kettle. Good food options in the old town. Staff was helpful and provided access information in advance.
